Adam brings twenty years of experience helping business and non-profit leaders drive business value with data. As a long-time business owner and CEO himself, he understands that creating value from information is never a given, that the likelihood of failure is high, and that strong consulting support can be the difference between a game-changing analytics investment and a total write off.

His relentless focus on elevating the BI maturity of the data consumer has been a differentiator for a wide variety of commercial and non-profit organizations, including a particular focus on K-12. With a systematized approach that starts with the CEO's strategic business model and extends to the tactical development and monitoring of the organization's data portfolio.

This work is now synthesized in The Bartlett System, his 2018 start-up.
