<aboutMe>We are each like the moon. Like the moon, we reflect that which transcends us, yet is immanent. Like the moon, we sometimes see only a part of ourselves. We identify with only our body, or our intellect, or our personality, even though we are, like the moon always whole.

Like the moon, we shine brighter in the dark of night and the darker the night, the brighter our light. Like the moon, we sometimes find ourselves in total darkness, but this is only because there are moments when we allow ourselves to be totally eclipsed from the same celestial being around which our life revolves and from which we receive the light. Like the moon, we emerge from our shadow once again to receive the light and reflect it out into the world.

What can I tell you about myself? I can tell you that I am, as you are, one who strives to be a worthy reflector of the light that comes my way.</aboutMe>
