I have worked internationally in facilitation,consultancy, training and managerial roles over the past 20 years.  Starting out as an Industrial Chemist and running  Technical Service, R&D and Market Information departments in the course of my career.  I particularly enjoy helping people come together to work out their strategic direction and shape their futures.
