Director, Mostyn, Wales (2011-)
Mostyn is the largest publicly funded contemporary art gallery in Wales. The gallery is within the Arts Council of Walesʼ core of revenue-funded organisations and a member of the Plus Tate partnership of 18 leading museums and galleries with shared aspirations, with Tate, to inspire people about art and deepen engagement in modern and contemporary art. It also has a long-term partnership with Artes Mundi, the UKʼs largest art prize. Mostynʼs award-winning new building (RIBA Gold Medal, among others) was opened in May 2010.
Co-curator, Manifesta 8 European biennial of contemporary art, Murcia and Cartagena (2009-11); Senior curator, QUAD Derby (2008-2011); selecting curator Furla Award for contemporary art, Bologna (2010-11); co-curator, CPS Chamber of Public Secrets (2004-present) and co-director AGM Annual General Meeting (2003-present).
