Today I begin my journey. I made a bet not touch a drink until April 16th a couple of days ago with good friend. Today, I decided that I am going to do much more than just that. This is my attempt at installing some discipline into my life. I have been fairly successful in life. Great family life, good businesses for the most part and a healthy body for the most part. Definetly not genetically gifted when it comes to body fat. Definetly not gifted in making commitments when it comes to lifestyle changes. Today, I change that. Today, I start a blog which is really my journal to the world to encourage me to stick to my goals.
My goal: clean healthy lifestyle. That means that I put time into planning, preparing and executing.
My first plan of attack is my diet. Downloaded a new book call the 17 day diet cook book. Plan is to buy the grocery list and prepare for the upcoming busy week.
