Primarily, I provide consultation, outreach services and information to parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorders [ASDs]. As the mom of a teen with High-Functioning Autism, I've tested and found viable, effective solutions to many of the challenges of day-to-day living faced by this population. I work with parents [and kids] one-on-one or in groups, teaching how to recognize what does and doesn't work for each particular family. By helping kids and their parents more successfully navigate school systems and life skills in preparation for independent living, I offer support, guidance and hope.
