NOTE:I am an artist, a teacher and an events organiser, but most importantly of all I am a mother of a gorgeous baby boy. His name is Sol and he is now four years old. I am a single parent, and all the decisions I make for my boy come from huge amounts of consideration and thinking (the love goes without saying!). I often seek outside advice when I find myself stuck on an issue and I don't think there is anything more valuable to the world of parenting than the experience of other parents. We are blessed with our children. We only get to do this job for a few short years before they don't need us any more. What we do for them now, creates the foundation for everything else they do in their lives,long after we are gone.
 A grandmother said to me once, on Mothers Day "Children are only on loan to us so make the most of it. They live on love, so feed them well."
