A Brief Synopsis

Andre has garnered extensive experience in the Corporate arena
As a senior manager and consultant training manager to business leaders and multinational companies throughout Africa, England, Scotland, Ireland Mexico, Australia and Greece
His main areas of focus have been on training and staff development frameworks and the process flow from articulation to execution. The secondary focus of his work has been to instil the brand values and concepts as a working model through his training manuals and leadership instruction modalities.

He has developed Training Programs given Seminars and written International Best Practice Manuals, Brand Identity re-engineering Execution Programmes as well as International Brand Ambassador Programme Creation and Implementation systems.

Andre is called upon to give presentations to Political, Financial and Corporate business leaders. Giving him exposure and allowing him to accrue a personable database of important decision makers in the highest echelons

Andre Is the creator of the I.AM. (Integral Archetypal Measure) The system measures both individual and group characteristics, as a tool to delineate and predict individual and group behavioral patterns.

Andre holds a Bachelors degree in Philosophy, A Masters degree in Divinity (Comparative Religions) and completed his Ph.D. in Transpersonal Counselling.

Some of his academic papers are cited for use at the University of Stellenbosch as part of the Sociology curriculum.

He has been invited to guest lecture at various universities and academic institutions both locally and internationally.

Andre is an internationally recognised Micro and Subtle Expression Expert (Trained in METT, and SETT methodologies under Proffessor Paul Ekman). His areas of speciality are in paralinguistic deception detection.
