NOTE:Oh lord where to begin? Mother of four wife to the man.Love my life although at times LOCKING MYSELF IN THE KITCHEN IS A MUST........ I have been cooking for years and qualified at many courses the biggest critics family and friends. Baking cakes PROFESSIONALLY!!! for the past 6 years,i love to cook and will take on anything, my children will often help me which is alaways fun.My goal is myself and my daughters to own a  bakery where my mums always on hand to help and my husband can be fed till his hearts content......When not cooking running around trying to cope with life and doing my very best not always getting it right but who does? it was recomended i take on somthing where i can voice my opinion and have no guilt so far its not working but early days.
