NOTE:Hello! My name is Amy.  I'm born American with Chinese origin and married to a Dominican... I was brought up in New York City, and moved down South to Alabama...  My first time away from home and I finally have my own kitchen.  I love to eat and I'm all about food.  Since coming from such an ethic place, I miss all the different foods from home.  There aren't many choices in a small town, but I love a challenge.  This blog is all about experimenting with recipes and making meals at home.
