I am an intellectual seeker of the truth. An intellectual is defined not by what he does, but how he thinks about the reality that surrounds him. He is ever searching for answers. What, Why, When, Where and How. I have studied Buddhism. Catholics, Christian theology, Tae Kwon Do, Shaolin Fu, Qigong, and Tae Chi. Tai Chi has become one of my favorite forms of meditation. I am unpluged from my connection with the “machine”. This has given me quality time to address those issues mentoned above. Pain changes all priorities. There are no definative conclusions because there is always missing evidence. There is speculation, theory and hypothesis. These methods get us an answer. The validity of that answer changes with time. Now is what we have to work with. It is a narrow window of reality and opportunity. Plant seeds. Things happen. Sometimes there is a pattern. Sometimes it remains a mystery. Just do. Set a goal. Achieve it. That is all there is. Now, do it. Apply this to every thing you do. Your life will change. It will be different for each person.
