Bruno is a proactive, experienced senior software architect and developer with a track record of delivery quality solutions specializing in delivering .Net Solutions and Microsoft Technologies. During his 10 years in the IT industry he has had roles in development, systems analysis and project management using different Microsoft technologies like .Net, SOA, etc. on a number of large and complex projects. In the last five years his specialization is Application Lifecycle Management solutions based on Visual Studio ALM.
In his current job Bruno has participated in national and international projects, focused in the customization of development methodologies, adapting the same ones to the client’s requirements (based on Visual Studio and Team Foundation templates). He also participates in a special area dedicated investigation and research of new technologies in Spain.
This kind of activities and his participation in the internal communities in the company has been worth him the 2007 MVP award for Avanade Spain which was given to him in Seattle during April of 2007. His contributions to the Microsoft community and his participations in national events promoting the use of Microsoft Technology and the correct use of development tools, was also recognized by Microsoft giving to Bruno the recognition of Microsoft Most Valuable Professional. He got this award in 2008 for MVP C#, in 2009 for MVP Team System, in 2010 for MVP Team System, and nowadays in 2011 for MVP Visual Studio ALM. Bruno was the author of the first Spanish book fully dedicated to Visual Studio 2010. This book covers all the new features included in the new version of Visual Studio from new languages for development as F# to the new features for ALM included for Team Foundation Server and the testing capabilities included with Microsoft Test Manager (http://bit.ly/gPSrJZ). Nowadays he is finishing a new book fully dedicated to Project Management using Microsoft Technologies.
