Her digital work has been presented in many contemporary and online galleries in Australia and overseas. \n\nIn 2007, she co-founded the Canberra chapter of dorkbot with Alexandra Gillespie, which is supported by Canberra Contemporary Art Space. She was also a moderator on the internationally renowned new media list \u2013empyre- from 2005-07. She has participated in a number of international digital media events including: ISEA2011, THATCamp Canberra 2010, ISEA2008; AOIR 2006; ISEA2004; Siggraph 2001; N5M4, Amsterdam 2003; N5M3; MAAP\u201999 and MAAP2000.\n\nIn 2001 she completed a Research Master\u2019s degree at the Creative Industries Research and Applications Centre (CIRAC) at Queensland University of Technology, focusing on souvenirs, nostalgia and personal identity. In 2010 Tracey was awarded a PhD at The Australian National University, which explores online communities and social networking tools.\n\nShe is currently an Adjunct Fellow at the ANU School of Music, where she is researching semantic web and geo-location technologies and their application to genealogy and Indigenous kinship systems.\n\nIn addition, Tracey also works in the Australian Government as a program and IT project manager, where she is currently managing a secure, online collaboration portal for all levels of government.\n\nTracey also provides web design, communications management and events management under the auspices of x connect media","urls":[{"value":"http:\/\/geokult.wordpress.com","title":"Geokult"},{"value":"http:\/\/mediakult.wordpress.com","title":"Mediakult"},{"value":"http:\/\/www.byte-time.ent","title":"bytetime"}]}]}
