I'm a Christ-follower, also known as a "Christian", which is what "Christian" means. To follow Christ is to obey the parts of the Bible that God has commanded me and whoever else to obey, including acknowledging Christ as God (in that he is one of the three persons whose mind forms the mind of God, and whose spirit forms the Spirit of God). That doesn't mean obeying every law in it, but only those which remained after Christ was sacrificed, unintentionally, by murderers, but intentionally by his father Yahweh.
