I am a wife, mother of two teenage boys, and work from home. I am passionate about helping others become more effective in their work so they have time for a active and interesting personal life. My interest in personal effectiveness is driven in part by the need to balance my home and work schedules and in part by the need of my husband and oldest son for structure in their worlds, they both have forms of ADHD. Creating a calm, manageable environment at home where we can all get things done while leaving time for relaxation and family fun is critical to my sanity. Personally I hate chaos and have always looked for ways to make sense out of chaotic or confusing situations both at home and work.
