I love to eat but I love cooking even more. I wasn't exposed to a wide variety of food growing up and I wasn't invited or asked to help in the kitchen either HOWEVER my desire to eat a satisfying meal urged me to learn how to prepare and cook.

I am also a struggling ( read: putting off projects from time to time) artist and wannabe writer. I very much consider myself as an old-fashioned-maybe-equipped with technology romantic. I'm not so much of a control freak BUT I'm an advocate of law and order and I'm a law abiding citizen. (Really,I am much to the dismay of some people). It is my prevailing opinion that as long as I keep traipsing around, with my sanity intact, I will soon find my one true love (I don't necessarily mean a romantic encounter with a desired human male).
Oh and my biggest dream is travel in KYOTO.
