catstache

I'm a 30 year old serial hobbyist/married cat lady/nerd living in British Columbia.
When I'm not playing photographer or window shopping on etsy I am usually making sad attempts to better myself at the following:
*knitting (so far I have only completed a cat sweater, this says a lot about me)
*playing artist (mostly water soluble graphite, acrylic ink an gouache)
*trying to learn accordian (this one i have to admit has been shelved for awhile so when I say "trying to learn" I really mean having grand fantasies of myself being a top notch accordianista while wearing amazing costumes)
*cooking (once again, something i need to do more of)
*photo editing (part of playing photographer is of course playing photo editor)
I also volunteer at a animal shelter so there will be a lot of animal pictures on this blog in the future.
Then of course there is my cat, Alex. He is the inspiration behind catstache as his catstache is as mighty as the heat from a thousand burning suns.
