I am a certified Massage Therapist and Reiki practioner and teacher. I am a student of all things wellness, and holistic thought. I want to share my knowledge and tips I discover with everyone. I believe longevity begins with self care, but it's never too late to treat yourself as if you plan a long life. It's being strong and healthy which makes the dream positive. Genes and heridity aside, we can life our best lives by being concsious of our efforts and actions.
I am a mom of a middle school student. I am writing my first travel story and have been to more than 20 countries. I speak french and love languages. I cook, read and am starting to workout more. At almost 50, the most valuable lesson I've learned is: there is so much to learn! My goal is to provide enjoyable reading and information for YOU.
