Christine Hamaty-Hughes

My name is Christine Hamaty-Hughes. I currently reside in Washington DC with my husband and two boys. I dedicate this website to my grandmother, Annisea, and all of the wonderful cooking she did that all our family and friends enjoyed. She is my inspiration for this website.
I started this cooking blog because of Grandma Anise, and I wanted to share my passion of cooking with the world. The recipes listed on my site are very diverse and not based on one type of cuisine. My goal for this website was to make even the toughest recipes doable for the average novice cook by including step-by-step instructions and pictures, along with different methods for cooking the dish. With this website, you don't have to go to a restaurant to enjoy ethnic food because you CAN prepare them in the comfort of your home. This is still a new site and I am adding recipes whenever possible. Please try a recipe and leave feedback. I'd love to hear how it worked for you and if you made any changes.
