NOTE:Hey, I am Scott, a father of two preschoolers. I started my blog to track my journey and improvements beginning with P90X2.  I figured a public blog (along with a very supportive wife and coach) would help hold me accountable. So far, so good.    Of course, like any really good journey, I meander. And so does my writing.
