Late 50's and continuing to develop! Now working in coaching, mediation, conflict resolution and investigating grievance and disciplinary matters. We have been engaged on some fantastic organisational development projects that address the realities of change in a manner that blends aspirations, dignity and pragmatism. We provide training too in safeguarding and awareness raising (Domestic Violence) My passion and fascination for the power of Education as a force for good remains unbroken. I still mentor some adolescents who are experiencing difficulties in school.
