<aboutMe>My name is Josh. I like to think about things. I also like to write (albeit, “type” might be a more appropriate verb). Sometimes, I can muster these two likes into an enthralling synergy of self-expression. Sometimes not.

I live in Cleveland, hold a Bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame College, and work full-time in marketing. On my free time I write poetry, short stories, essays and the like. Ergo, I’ve created this blog to share some of it with the rest of the world. So, if you happen upon this blog, feel free to put any combination of words, as you see fit, into the comments.

Cognifeeder was a word I made up in this poem. To me, a “Cognifeeder” is any bit of learned information. This encompasses everything from language to the perceptions we gather from observing a person’s style of dress. A Cognifeeder is a piece of culture, something learned that contributes to one's map of reality. The world is littered with Cognifeeders. Take them lightly.</aboutMe>
