I run a communications company in Dublin, Ireland. When I am not working, I like to cook for my family and friends. I am also an enthusiastic photographer and have been getting some fun, over the past couple of years, posting food photos on Facebook. My eldest daughter Lucy (who is a blogger herself at www.decidedlydelicious.com) talked me into starting this blog. Since starting, I have won the best newcomer in the Irish Blog awards 2012, so I must be doing something right.
