I'm a mother, writer and researcher, and educator. I love walking, reading mysteries, and hiking and cycling vacations. I quilt and scrapbook when I have the time and inclination. I think that the earth will recover if we humans are foolish enough to cause irreversible climate change and our own extinction, but I feel passionately about keeping this marvelous blue planet habitable for future human generations.
