Born and raised in the brilliant sunshine of the Southern Caribbean,(Grenada, if you're seeking exact coordinates). I reared Sheep,planted Corn and Peas,harvested organic Cocoa and fished the rivers for Crawfish on the weekends.
I emigrated to the United States,where I was introduced to the flavors of Italy and learned that my Paternal Grandfather had French/Italian bloodlines.
After Graduating Culinary School with exemplary grades I worked briefly under Chef David Pasternak at Manhattan's 'Esca'.
I am a Writer,Caterer and Lover of all things Food, Wine and Travel related.
