I am the writer/scribe/hack/journo half of Deep Hill Fine Art Media. David, the photojournalist/shooter/lens swinger, has left me to my own devices while he is busy in the field. However, he will grace us with his presence every now and again and write photographic blogs. You'll know when he's been here because his blogs will have his by-line.
The main aim of this site is to further explore the content of our book, People Like You. However, we'll also branch out into other subjects like parenting, journalism and photography, and current affairs.
Beautifully presented in coffee table format, it is a collection of true stories about everyday people who have overcome adversity.
Topics covered include mental health; disability; sexual, emotional, physical and substance abuse; grief; immigration; family relationships; poverty and homelessness; and speech and learning difficulties.
