Mr. Kiker is also an experienced litigator, having represented clients on a variety of issues in state and federal courts across the nation, predominantly in products liability and commercial matters.\r\n\r\nPrior to joining LeClairRyan, Mr. Kiker was Director of Professional Services at Fios, Inc., providing discovery readiness and response consultative services. Prior to Fios, he was a founding shareholder of Moran Kiker Brown PC, where he served as national discovery counsel for one of the largest manufacturing companies in the country. Mr. Kiker is a frequent speaker and author and an active participant in The Sedona Conference and Defense Research Institute. He is an AV rated attorney admitted to practice in Virginia, Arizona and Florida, and holds a J.D., Magna Cum Laude & Order of the Coif from the University of Michigan Law School. ","urls":[]}]}
