It is Sun Life Financial's original and first-ever rotational leadership program to develop the BEST talent in the industry by attracting new graduates from universities all over Canada. The program offers the chance for bright young leaders to rotate through 2 - 3 progressive roles in a 3 year time frame to develop leadership skills and industry knowledge.
