I'm a writer, advocate, and former nurse. I write literary fiction, creative non-fiction, humour, and when I need to exorcise my dark side, mysteries and thrillers. I love the feeling of getting a word right.
I live in Nova Scotia, Canada. the closest thing to paradise I can get (There is a town named Paradise just down the way), with a parrotlet named Dora, her friends Bertie and Phyllis, and the occasional and welcome visits of my three children.
Oh, and I live with MS. It's good for existential angst.
