As a graduate student at USC we were asked to take on the task of setting a semester long goal and tracking our progress via blog. At the time I chose to train for a half marathon and over the course of the semester I found that life does not always permit us to attain what we set out to do. Instead I have learned that adaptation is a great way to keep moving but maybe in a different direction. Additionally, monotony sets in fast so variety in exercise type and location can greatly increase personal interest and adherence. Right now this is just a log of my exercise endeavors but I hope to add a section on my 'healthful' cooking/baking and exercises/activities I suggest.
