Emily Cooks Vegan

I've been a vegetarian for as long as I can remember, but recently turned vegan as a sort of 'challenge' to myself - doing so meant that I needed to become a much more adventurous cook, and being a 19 year old student means that I've had to cope with veganism on a budget as well... Hopefully some of my recipes (not all of them vegan, but definitely tasty and cheap) will inspire vegetarian home-cooking for even the poorest of kitchens :)
