As a public health nurse in the Reproductive & Infant Health and Perinatal Adjustment Programs, my focus is towards families during the prenatal period and up until the baby is 1 year old. I enjoy working with families through prenatal group programs, perinatal adjustment groups and 1:1 to provide support in the areas of infant feeding, prenatal care and perinatal mental health.
I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, and love to explore nature.
