I will be graduating with a B.A. in journalism, specializing public relations and advertising and minoring in French.\n\nI have been a member of the University of Arkansas Swim Team for the past four years and completed my eligibility as a Razorback in February, 2011. Along with representing the Razorbacks, I also swam for the Philippines since 2005, where I had the opportunity to travel to international competitions in Italy, Australia, Qatar, Thailand, the Philippines, China and Laos. I currently hold six national records for the Philippines as well. Although balancing life as a student-athlete for the past four years has been a challenge, I have managed to maintain a 3.7 GPA. Being a student-athlete has improved my work ethic and has taught me the meaning of teamwork, pride and dedication.\n\nI am currently interning with Razorback Athletics, in the PR department and interned with Jacksonville Magazine in Florida last summer. I have had several articles published in Jacksonville Magazine that allowed me dabble in creative writing and have experience in editing and press release writing from both internships. My positive experiences from these internships have convinced me to pursue a professional career in public relations, communications or advertising.\n\nI am proficient in French, have an outgoing personality and am willing to take on any challenges thrown my way.","emails":[{"primary":"true","value":"ectotten1@gmail.com"}],"urls":[]}]}
