I have a BA and a Masters Degree. I spent over 10 years in Corporate America as a sales executive negotiating contracts and moved to Florida in 1999. I purchased and opened a successful home inspection franchise company. As my company grew I started investing in real estate and eventually sold my franchise and became a realtor.

I am educated in all aspects of residential real estate and am consistently involved in continued education. As a result, I make sound real estate decisions based on my expert knowledge of the ever changing real estate market. I am also a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert or Short Sales Expert) and am articulate in the short sale and foreclosure markets. I was raised in the military, and live in an area with a large military population and am knowledgeable with the PCS Military relocation process and have a Military PCS Buyer/Seller Program. I am also a Certified Property Manager, so I can assist you in your rental property search.
