I am the mom to 3 kids that school at home. I was born in NOLA but raised in Kenner. We have two dogs (Emma and Noodle) and 3 ferrets (Buddy, Teddy and Isis Weezil). My husband is a plumber who is self-employed. We love to travel to the beaches is Mississippi and the mountains of Tennessee. I like peace and quiet (which is hard to come by in a house with three kids and 2 dogs). I like to sing but not dance (and I'm not that good at singing either). I've been to parochial and public schools so I know what its like at both. I did not like attending either one (bullies etc) and that is why I chose to homeschool my kids.
