NOTE:Hi, and thanks for stopping by! My name is Nicole and I‘m a girl in my mid-20’s who has been a vegetarian since I was 10 years old. I call myself a foodie (and wino!) because I have a passion for eating, cooking, baking, and all things related. I believe in the power of exercise and love to stay fit through a variety of activities. Born and raised a Jersey girl, I currently live in San Diego with my husband Adam and dog Harley. The launching of my blog comes at a perfect time because Adam is an officer in the Marine Corps who just left for a deployment. This blog is one of the new things I’m delving into to keep extra busy while he’s away. But don’t worry - I promise I won’t use this site as a pity party.
