The two of us are both chefs, based in Central North Carolina. United by our passion for food and positive living, we are on a mission to spread the love through cooking, teaching, and writing, and through feeding as many people as possible! We use only top quality ingredients in our cooking, including as much local and organic produce as we can get our hands on.
