Sometimes when I can't sleep, for whatever reasons, I write poetry or just my thoughts down on paper... then sometimes I want to share them.  I am sure most people couldn't care less what I have to say and find it rather boring... to me writing soothes my soul.  Things feel a lot less complicated when you write them down and read them on paper.  \n\nStress is not what happens to us. It's our response TO what happens.
