George Zaloom is an established entertainment executive, with over twenty years of experience in the industry. Of recent Zaloom launched giantHello.com a safe social gaming network for tweens (ages 7 to 13). giantHello’s API allows developers of Facebook games to effortlessly publish content to the giantHello website – thus finally making popular social games available to kids. giantHello is now the fastest growing kids social gaming network. Prior to giantHello George Zaloom was instrumental in developing two major branded entertainment franchises; one for MediaEdge/Group M Entertainment and the other for Phil Anschutz’s Walden Media. Prior to that he was a senior executive at DreamWorks Animation supervising the production of Kung Fu Panda and consulting other projects such as: Shrek II, Sharktale, Sinbad and My & My Shadow. Before that, Zaloom ran ZM Productions, a major independent production company specializing in non-fiction and Family Entertainment. At ZM Zaloom produced the motion picture Encino Man, numerous movies of the week for ABC’s Wonderful World of Disney, and the Back to the Future Animated Series. He also co-created Martha Stewart Living and the Emmy winning documentary Hearts of Darkness. Contracting with all the major studios and networks ZM’s client base included filmmakers Steven Spielberg, Francis Coppola, Robert Zemeckis and George Lucas. Zaloom is a graduate of the prestigious University Southern California School of Film & Television.
