My name is Gretchen and I am an artsy, foodie, semi-quirky, mom/wife/creative, who has made the decision to pursue a clean lifestyle in order to enjoy the ample rewards of better health. Having always been an avid home cook, I have found that adapting my skills in the kitchen to a grain-free way of eating is a challenge that I embrace not as a limitation, but as a way to get closer to the root of good foods!
Here, I share some of the recipes that I use, and maybe a peek or two into my thoughts and creative projects as time goes on.
