Hi! Thank you for stopping by Giangi's Kitchen Blog.
I am a working mom, a wife, and a passionate cook. A few years ago, I decided that I wanted to learn how to cook. With no idea of where to start, and having to follow my grandmother, mother and father's foot steps in the kitchen, I decided to grab a cookbook with beautiful pictures and try my best to replicate them. That was the beginnig of a great love affair and an extensive collection of cook books, and dinner parties for friends and family. Then, of course, to an array of dishes, pots and pans and gadgets, that I could problably open my own store. Being a working mom has limited the time that I have to spend in my kitchen during the work week, and as a result I started creating, modifying recipes to allow me to make them in within a 45 minutes time frame. But most of all, I do enjoy cooking for my family, especially my son, who is my most precious food critic, and his openess to all sorts of differents foods, makes my heart filled with happiness every dinner time.
