John Turnbull

In 2019, I earned the MA TESOL (teaching English to speakers of other languages) from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. There I taught first-year composition and did original qualitative research in second-language acquisition. After working on the ESL Services faculty at the University of Texas at San Antonio, I'm now a Ph.D. student in culture, literacy, and language.
