Katharine Quince
Originally from North Carolina, I’ll always be a sucker for fried okra, lightening bugs and hot summers. I carry the Carolina heat in my heart wherever I go, be it New Zealand, India or Oregon. I have a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Religious Studies with Concentrations in Women’s Studies and Art; travel, my yoga mat, and the Dhammapada have been some of my greatest teachers. At the moment I live on Maui, but still think of Portland, Oregon fondly as home. Passionate about social justice, the natural world, and seeking happiness, I hope to make a positive impact through the creatively written word.
