Food is my life. I love eating, buying, indulging, researching, understanding and being around food. So I like to follow some quirky rules about food, maintain balance, and understand how energy is burnt in the body. I love to gnash (or nash, but I think the "g" adds some flavor). I live in Chicago, IL and am a recent graduate in Anthropology from DePaul University.
