My name is Randy Seiver. Though I received my terminal degree (Th.M) from Westminster Theological Seminary, Philadelphia, and though I love the Reformed teaching relative to the doctrine of salvation, I have come to believe there are serious flaws in the system of Covenant Theology. I do not pretend to have all the answers, but, at least, I think I understand some of the questions. After 40 years of pastoral ministry, I am currently associated with an organization called Hispanic International Missions, Inc (H.I.M). I live in Costa Rica with my wife, Vickie, where we are involved in a ministry of teaching and Spanish literature distribution. Additionally, I am continuing to write about issues relative to the historic doctrines of God’s sovereign grace and New Covenant Theology. The purpose of this page is to provide a means of disseminating these materials and to provide a forum for the discussion of issues pertinent to these topics. We have also build our house with separate quarters to accommodate those who would like to visit us for theological study and to get a first hand look at a foreign mission field. We envision providing intensive theological studies of the above mentioned topics, basic Spanish lessons to help you communicate better with the natives, and a hands on experience of ministry in a Latin American country. Please contact us if you would be interested in visiting Costa Rica for such an experience.
