At the end of each quarter, he treats his adoring students to dinner at a local Mexican restaurants.\n\n\nHandsome &amp; charismatic, with an engaging, warm personality and infectious enthusiasm, the Professor talks about the world of cooking which brought celebrity status to many. \"You have representatives from every ethnic background demonstrating their country's culinary gifts to the world via television.
