<aboutMe>I am a Massage Therapist by trade... I have been a school bus monitor, a deckhand on a ferryboat, a cashier at a busy NE casino and an administrator at said casino. but I have been a crafter through all of these various jobs.

I had the influence of 2 very talented women. My mom taught me to crochet when I was just a little girl. I wasn't ready at the time to pursue it but it was the first thing I went back to when my soul was calling out for sustenance. then I found cross stitch. next I tried scrapbooking. and finally I took up quilting. my last fascination was jewelry making.

Now I dabble in the jewelry, have forgotten the cross stitch all together, and shifted more from scrapping to cardmaking.

My real passions are still crochet and quilting. I don't quilt as much as I would like simply because I don't have the room... but someday in my perfect dream world I will have a huge studio where I can do all my crafts whenever I want!</aboutMe>
