Raised predominately as a vegetarian, I remember the first time I tasted veal while visiting family in Rome, Italy. From that moment I never turned down a chance to try a new food or taste. As a "culinary explorer" I am lucky that I spend months of every year on the road with my day job as a designer in the home furnishings industry. My globetrotting ways bring inspiration both in my work and my passion - cooking. I enjoy bringing home my "food finds" and feeding any and all that pass through my kitchen.
