I respect you for what you are!\" and then, after our physical work and careful attention to each piece, we are left with fresh, simple, and deliciously healthy meals that our bodies will thank us for. \n\nHeed the feed. Respect the food. \n\nI love food. Cooking really is an art. I think someone should create a cooking museum and there will be dozens of galleries where museumgoers can watch artists create dishes right there in front of them and then there will be dozens more galleries where the same museumgoers can see completed dishes, flawlessly plated and presented on the cleanest, purest plates, perfectly specific to each work, in the most fantastic lighting available. Yowzah. \n\nIf the whole world could line up and come to my teensy kitchen here in South Carolina, I would feed them all. Food is essential. Good food makes people smile. And I'm a person who likes to see smiles. \n\nWhen reading recipes here, I won't bore you by saying, \"Organic blah blah this and organic blah blah that.\" I usually try to use mostly organic everything, so just assume that when I list an ingredient, it's at its yummiest when it's organic. Also, a large chunk of the recipes here aren't originally mine and some of then are adaptations of other things and some of them come sporadically out of my brain. \n\nOkay, I have sputtered and blabbed for way long enough. Enough of my gibberish! Onto the cooking!\n\nLots of love to you all,\njessa","urls":[]}]}
