I am a firm believer in the phrase,
"It is never too late to become what you might have been."
Because of this phrase I, at nearly 30 years old and a mother of 4 children, have been inspired to go back to school and become a personal trainer. I have been athletic my whole life, but now that my body's "yo-yo" weight years are done, (aka, my child bearing years), I am ready to get serious about my fitness again.

Since starting my much more dedicated fitness endeavor, I have stayed the same weight but, I have lost 3" around my waist and several inches around my hips and thighs as well. So far I have gone from a size 16 to somewhere in between size 6 and 8!!! There have been no tricks, no pills, no fad diets, just hard work and dedication to a healthy lifestyle.
Through this blog I hope to help inspire those around me to take their health more seriously and thus better their lives and the lives of those around them. I want people out there to know that their health and fitness is important and it has no limits!
